We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund once the return is approved. No restocking fee will be charged.
Returns for Customer Remorse
If you ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit your space, you would like to exchange it due to personal preference, or you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received and approved, a full refund will be issued. No restocking fee will be charged.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders, made-to-order items, or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing your order.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged and you would like a replacement, please contact us at support@ledlighthub.com. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping costs. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one due to a change of mind, please contact us at support@ledlighthub.com first. In this case, you will need to request a return and refund for the original item, and then place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Your return request will be reviewed within 3 business days. After your return is approved, please pack the item carefully to ensure it arrives back in its original condition. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@ledlighthub.com.
